Are your shoes authentic? All of our shoes are authentic quality and come with their original box. We have arrangements with many domestic & foreign shoe stores to exchange or buy shoe styles that are limited in the edition or availability.
backto topWhat`s your return policy? We gladly accept exchanges on items in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.). Items purchased from us can ONLY BE EXCHANGED. The exchange must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Exchanges back to us must be posted marked within 14 days after your request has been approved. A restocking fee of $25 per item may apply depending on the nature of the item(s) coming back to us.

We cannot guarantee the condition of the shoebox, because occasionally all shipping couriers mishandle packages. - All exchanges must be in original packaging with all accessories in new condition. We cannot take back any worn or used products.
- All customers are responsible for the shipping fees involved to ship items back to us. However, we will ship your exchange item with no shipping charge!
- A restocking fee of $25 per item may apply depending on the nature of the item(s) coming back to us.

While we strive to bring you the best products at the most reasonable prices, our pricing decisions are based on the availability of individual products. Our site is updated daily with size and style information and new products and sizes are posted as soon as they are available. We encourage you to check the website for the products you need.

back to topYour website won`t let me choose the size I need. It`s grayed out in the drop-down list. Shoes sizes that are out of stock are displayed as a grayed out option in the drop down list. Out of stock sizes cannot be added to the shopping cart.

Ordering from us is very easy and smooth, even if you’ve never placed an order on the Internet before. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking number after we ship your order. back to topHow long does it take to get my product? All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. In order to keep our business model simple and prevent error, we offer the same free standard shipping to all customers. Your purchase will arrive within 7-14 business days (Saturdays and Sunday do not count as business days). You will receive your tracking typically after 72 hrs of your purchase via email. If there is a problem with your order we will email you accordingly as well.
back to topCan I expedite my shipping? Yes, we will offer UPS and DHL shipping for customers who want their product faster. Due to processing time and our daily volume of orders, the fastest you can receive your package is 4 days starting from the next business day. There is a $40 fee to expedited shipping.
back to topThe shoe I want says "out of stock" Can you tell me when you’ll be getting more? No. We are unable to predict if we can or will be able to obtain more of any item. Major shoe brands have limited manufacturing runs, and often additional inventory is not available.

As previously stated, due to limited manufacturing runs, once an item is sold out, it is extremely difficult to obtain more inventory. All available sizes are posted to the product page and kept up to date on a daily basis.
back to topWhen will you be getting the shoe that is going to be released soon? We does not have any control over what our suppliers will order and then make available to us. For this reason, we cannot provide any advance inventory information. Our site is updated daily with the latest information about available sizes and styles, and new items are posted as soon as they are received.
back to topAre you a retail store? We are currently only an online store with office and warehouse in Dallas, Texas. We do not have any retail locations; therefore you cannot pickup product if you live locally.
